The Type Certificate Data Sheets (TCDS) database is a repository of Make and Model information. The TCDS is a formal description of the aircraft, engine, or propeller. It lists limitations and information required for type certification including airspeed limits, weight limits, thrust limitations, etc.
TCDS documents are available from the initial implementation of this database (April 1999) and forward. Historical documents prior to implementation are not necessarily included in this database; however, historical information will be retained as additional documents and revisions to documents are incorporated into the database.
Revision History refers to those documents that have been revised through a TCDS revision. Current documents refer to those that are the most current. When looking at the TCDS and Model information in any of the Revision History views, the checkmark indicates the current documents.

Analyze the content and in a presentation provide the following:
Describe the aircraft, engine, or prop. Briefly describe what is certificated.
Indicate the certificate holder and date of issue?.
In general terms, what is its Basis of Certification? Regulations, Amendments, etc. Summarize your answer.
Are there issues papers or equivalent levels of safety in the TCDS? What can you tell us about them?
Describe an element of the TCDS that interests you. (You might consider regulation impacts, such as an Airworthiness Directive.)
Presentation Options:
Use presentation software and capture the image of your selected TCDS to discuss each component (creating images focusing on individual sections of the TCDS) providing an audio narrative.
Use video capturing software (screen-casting) to include your image with you providing an audio narration of the components of your selected TCDS.
